our recent stay in dortmund was amazing with Steigenberger. the rooms were perfect for our family, with a crib for our daughter and enough space to move around. the location was great, just a short walk to the stadium. the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. everything exceeded our expectations.

The rooms are large in the hotel, its very well located for the westfalenhalle and its a quiet area a 15 mn walk into the center of town or a short subway ride

As always in this style /price class of hotel breakfast is not included and is 16 euro quite steep I think

We loved the location of this hotel as it was perfect for football supporters attending matches at the nearby stadium. In addition, it was within walking distance of the city center, making it convenient for exploring all that the area has to offer. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was well-presented and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service, always with a 'can do and will resolve' approach to any problem.

We would have enjoyed sitting on the outside terrace during breakfast, but unfortunately, it was occupied by smokers. However, this minor inconvenience did not diminish our overall positive experience at this venue.

Great place to stay if you are going to Westfalenhalle. Just a couple of minutes to walk from the hotel.

our recent stay in dortmund at a different hotel wasn't great, but steigenberger really blew us away on this romantic trip. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed for our baby. the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for our needs.

Dusty room.

We were looked after very well at the hotel and found the reception very helpfull especially in terms the checking for flights and travel arrangenents in the circumstances that we found on this break. We hope to return again for the model exibution in 2011 and with reasonable rates will probable increase our duration to the full 5 nights many thanks for a good time

Location was good

Limited menu in restaurant, needed to have more selection for english geusts.

Located conveniently close to the highway and an easy commute to Dusseldorf airport. Underground links provide good transport to the football stadium. Well-maintained room, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Pleasing services and attentive customer service. The breakfast spread covers a wide range of options and is enjoyable. There is a facility for room service and a safe provided in the room, adding to the convenience.

Car parking facilities at a price that is problematic for the budget-conscious traveler.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room we stayed in was also spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. Additionally, the convenient location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a great variety of options and quality food. The fitness center was also well-equipped and very clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The price for parking was extremely expensive and there was very limited street parking available in the area. the standard wifi was very slow and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for me as I needed to work during my stay.
